Within our mission to enhance the quality of patient care, the Ohio Society of Radiologic Technologists recognizes that excessive police violence, specifically toward the black and brown communities, is a critical contributor to preventable and costly injury, and premature morbidity and death. We support these communities and the victims of senseless violence while we work to increase equity and inclusion. As health care professionals, we prioritize the life and health of all humans, and will continue to deliver quality medical imaging and radiotherapeutic procedures for all patients.
