President-elect Board of Director Nominee: Tiffany Roman, Cincinnati, OH
Hi, my name is Tiffany Roman, RT (R) CT MR and I am running for President-elect. As a Radiographer I am in certified and worked in multiple imaging modalities, including staff technologist, an Application’s Specialist for Medrad (now Bayer), and currently as the Clinical Coordinator and Assistant Professor at the University of Cincinnati Blue Ash for the Radiologic Technology Program. Over the past couple of years I have been very fortunate to have the opportunity to volunteer on multiple OSRT committees, including Health Policy, Annual Meeting, and co-chair of the Sales and Marketing and the past few years serving on the Board of Directors. Volunteering my time on these committees has helped me to acquire an understanding of the organization and a deep respect for the work the OSRT does to strengthen the profession of radiologic technology both locally and nationally. Now more than ever with the encroachment of other health care professionals into the profession of imaging we need to maintain a strong society and good leadership. I feel that with my many years as an imaging professional and my commitment to the OSRT I am up to the challenge of becoming the next President-elect for the OSRT.
Board of Director Nominee: Donna Endicott, Goshen, OH
I have been a radiologic technologist for close to forty years and have experienced a lot of changes in the field of radiology. Some of the positions I have held are radiologic technologist, special procedures, mammographer, clinical instructor and now program director at Xavier University. In the past, I have been a speaker at the annual meeting and served as a co-chair for the quiz bowl. During my current term as a director (2015-2017), I have served on the education, marketing and sales, and technology/ innovation committees. This society and each committee I served on has taught me how important the work of this society is and how diligently each director and committee member works to meet the needs of the radiologic technologists in the state. I would be honored to continue as a director to serve Ohio’s radiologic technologists.

Currently Christine proudly works as the Educational Coordinator for the CT/MRI program at the Cleveland Clinic, adjunct instructor for the Kent State University MRI Program, and an adjunct instructor for Cuyahoga Community College Mammography Certificate program. Radiology and Imaging education is a passion that drives Christine to develop new methods of content delivery that aide in student success. "These students will be our peers; they deserve our best!"
Technologist of the Year Award Nominee: Gary Greathouse, Akron, OH
Gary has served as an OSRT Director and on OSRT committees for many years, including several years as the Honors Committee Chair. He is currently serving as the Marketing Committee Co-Chair. Gary has also served the profession as an ASRT Chapter Delegate and has presented many educational sessions at local and state society conferences. One of his greatest passions is his work with Rad-Aid International, a non-profit public service agency whose mission is the increase and improve radiology resources in the developing and impoverished countries of the world. With assistance from an ASRT Grant, Gary made a trip to Kenya with a Rad-Aid group and helped work in imaging facilities and assisted in the education of technologists. Gary’s most recent trip involved visiting many dangerous areas in and around Kenya. Upon his return made many presentations on his group’s efforts in Kenya, educating others on the importance of service and on the Rad-Aid mission.
