Student Membership

Offered to student technologists who are enrolled in a primary medical imaging or radiotherapeutic program accredited by a Joint Review Committee or equivalent. OSRT student membership expires on initial certification or discontinuation of such education. The membership fee is $30.00. Please note that credentialed RT's are not eligible for student membership.

Student Membership

I hereby make application for Student Membership in the Ohio Society of Radiologic Technologists. If accepted, I agree to support the bylaws of the society, to conform to the code of ethics adopted by the Society, and to renew my membership by paying my dues upon receipt of statement. Please use a permenent, personal email address rather than educational program email address.

Be aware you may upgrade to Active RT Member status once certified by a national credentialing organization.

STATEMENT

The Ohio Society of Radiologic Technologists (Business Association) is a tax exempt entity under Internal Revenue Code section 501(c)(6).

Notice of Membership Dues

In accordance with Sec. 6033(e) of the IRS, please be advised that 7.5% of membership dues allocated to legislative activities of OSRT, and as such, may not be deductible for tax purposes.
