Bylaws Revision

The Board of Directors announce two bylaws revisions to be voted on by the membership through mail ballot in the next issue of Cardinal Rays. Article III and Article XI of the OSRT Bylaws are revised as proposed in the two documents below. Please review the revisions. You will receive a mail ballot in the next issue of Cardinal Rays. Please mail your ballot before April 1, 2010.

New affiliate rules require all subordinate organizations to align in accordance with ASRT requirements.  All subordinate affiliates of the OSRT are aware of these changes and have been offered assistance by the OSRT.

The OSRT Board also determined a need to realign the OSRT membership categories in accordance with ASRT, deleting emeritus status and making adjustments to retirement status.

The Board unanimously recommends adoption of the revisions.
