Audrey Horton Memorial Grant for Students: Audrey Horton was the mother of Leisa Horton Arnold, a founding member of the OSRT Education and Research Foundation. As a young girl during World War II, Audrey had to quit high school and work to help support her family. Around the age of 60, Mrs. Horton returned to school and earned a GED. Never being resolved over having to quit school nor being able to earn a college degree, Audrey was proud to see that Leisa worked to earn her college degrees. Because of her value for a college education, this grant is established in memoriam of Audrey Horton and is open for memorial donations (see Make a Donation).
